Terms of service

The service
Meniscus is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server (“we”). It gives AI assistants a design language, component and effect specifications, build recipes, reference images and a React Native starter for the liquid-glass visual style (together, the “Content”).
Accounts
You sign in with an e-mail link or a supported provider. Keep access to your account to yourself: one account is for one person, and a team plan covers the people given its seats. You are responsible for the assistants you connect to your account; you can disconnect them from your account page.
Plans, billing and renewals
Paid plans are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, tax and invoices under its own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime access lasts for as long as we operate the service. Prices can change for future periods with notice before your next renewal.
What you may do with the Content
You may use what the service returns — text, code, images — to design and build your own products and client work, commercial or not, with no attribution required, and copy the React Native starter into those products. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the Content itself as a design kit, template pack, dataset, MCP server or other competing product; share or resell account access; or extract the Content in bulk by automated means beyond normal use by your assistants.
Fair use
Paid plans include up to 2,000 tool calls per account per day, which covers heavy individual use; the free plan has its own daily limit. We may pause accounts that abuse the service or its limits.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and up to date, and may change or improve the Content and tools. It is provided without an uptime guarantee. If we ever shut the service down we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund unused prepaid subscription time.
Intellectual property
The Content, the service and the Meniscus name belong to us or our licensors. Parts adapt third-party work under its own licence, listed in our third-party notices. Meniscus is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, iPadOS, macOS, SwiftUI, Xcode, SF Symbols, visionOS and Metal are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. IOS is a trademark or registered trademark of Cisco in the U.S. and other countries and is used under licence. The words liquid glass are used only to describe a visual style.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. AI assistants can misapply instructions; review what they produce before you ship it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
