Refund policy

14-day refund

If Meniscus isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (monthly, yearly, team or lifetime) and we refund it in full. Write to support@meniscus.site from your account e-mail, or reply to your receipt.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel any time before the renewal date from your Lemon Squeezy order page; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charged you by mistake and you haven’t used the service since, write to us within 7 days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Access to paid features ends when the refund is issued.
