Who we are
Meniscus is responsible for your data. Contact: support@meniscus.site.
What we collect
Your e-mail address and sign-in records (to run your account); the assistants you connected (to show and revoke them); your plan and purchases as reported by Lemon Squeezy — order ids, plan, status, dates, the e-mail used at checkout, never card details; and a count of tool calls per day (to apply plan limits). We do not store what your assistant sends to the tools, such as your prompts or design intents: requests are processed to answer them and then discarded.
Why
To provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep it secure and fair (legitimate interest), and to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).
Who processes it
Supabase (authentication, database and hosting of the server), Lemon Squeezy (payments, tax, invoices — merchant of record) and our website host. They process data only to provide their service to us. Some of them are outside your country; they use standard safeguards for international transfers.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, run ads or use third-party trackers on this site. We use only the browser storage needed to keep you signed in.
How long
Account data for as long as you have an account; purchase records for as long as tax law requires; daily usage counts for 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion or export, and object to processing, by writing to us. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
